Lost Judgment review in Famitsu issues near-perfect score

The first Lost Judgment review has been published in the Japanese magazine Famitsu.

As reported by Ryokutya2089, Famitsu has awarded the Sega sequel a near-perfect score with its four reviewers issuing 9, 10, 9 and 10 for a combined 38/40. The previous game in the series received 37/40 from Famitsu (9/10/9/9).

In its review, Famitsu reportedly compliments the number of activities included throughout the game and says that the quality of its story is “even better than the last game”.

“I’m confident we’ve created a game unlike anything you’ve seen before,” recently appointed Sega creative director and Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi said during the presentation.

The “legal suspense action game” will retain the fast-paced action of the original, rather than adopting the turn-based RPG system used in 2020’s Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Continue reading here - Andy Robinson (2021, September 16)
